We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@pexmod.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Specific Process:
1. The customer sends us a request for a refund (Via Email, Message, Chat);
2. The PEXMOD team will reply on whether to accept the refund application and give the final processing solution for the refund.
3. If you agree to the refund solution, we will refund the money to your original payment account within 1 day.
4. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days from the date of issue to be processed and returned to the original payment method.

2. Partial Refund---Personal Subjective Reasons:
a. Wrong size. In the description section of each product, we have a clear product size chart, we recommend that you choose the appropriate size according to your body shape data. If you are not sure, you can send us an email, and we will have dedicated customer service to help you solve it.
If you request a refund because of the wrong size, we will only refund partial money. The refund ratio is basically no more than half of the total amount of the product.

d. Order includes free promotional products. (applies the discount code is Free) When requesting a refund, the free products will be deducted according to the original price, and no free refund will be given.
Non-returnable Case:
1. Gift Cards. Once a gift card is sold, it cannot be refunded.
2. Damages and issues. Product packaging is missing; clothing has been worn; clothing has been washed; clothing tags are missing, so on.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Promotional Blind Box. Once a blind box is sold, it cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you want to change the product, please send us a screenshot of the product you want to change and the size of the product via email within 30 days.
We will replace the product for you as soon as possible and update the tracking number when the package is shipped.
Parcel Delivery:
1. If your delivery address is unclear, filled in incorrectly, or you are not at home, the package cannot be delivered normally. Generally, the post office will notify us, we will send you an email, you can contact USPS as soon as possible to re-deliver, and we will cover the cost of re-delivery.
2. If you cannot contact the post office in time, the package will be returned after more than 3 days, cannot be resent, but can only be destroyed.
3. If your package is lost, please contact us in time. We will provide you with solutions according to the actual situation.
